5th Annual “Pre-NYE” Champagne Dinner

It’s that time of year again. c.1880 will be hosting its 5th Annual Pre-New Year’s Eve Wine Dinner. This is the biggest dinner of the year for c.1880. This year’s dinner is centered around the spectacular flavors of Champagne. Chef Thomas Hauck has created a menu not only pairing the different flavors of each dish with the wine selected, but also pulling inspiration from his time working and living in different regions in France. General Manager & Beverage Director Joshua Wolter has called in Cassidy Browne of L’eft Bank Wine to preside over the dinner. Cassidy will present and discuss the differences and process behind making the sparkling beverage from the petite region of France that has been synonymous with celebrations and romance.

This dinner, as with those in years past, is meant to be a convenience to those who wish to celebrate the New Year whilst avoiding the general pandemonium that is New Year’s Eve. As with tradition, festivities will begin with a sparkling reception at 6:30p and seating for dinner promptly at 7:00pm.
