June is all about Bourgogne (Burgundy) at c.1880.  From our Flights & Bites to this wine dinner.  When planning this dinner we needed to find just the right wined to use.  Then came along a favorite, Joseph Drouhin.  One of the older operating winemakers in all of Bourgogne, at with a coincidence, Jospeh Drouhin started winemaking at 22yrs old…in 1880.  With kismet like that we had to get to business. General Manager/Beverage Director Joshua Wolter chose wines from all through the Drouhin portfolio. Chef/Owner Thomas Hauck has decided to focus truly on the flavors of the terroir that make Bourgogne Chardonnay & Pinot Noir wines so special and different.  Chef Thomas has pulled influence from time he spent living and cooking in France to create this dinner, while still focusing on quality ingredients and local flavors.  Dinner will start with reception at 6:30p, and dinner will proceed at 7:00pm.
