4th Annual Rosé Wine Dinner at c.1880

Five Course Menu with Wine Pairings

Thursday, August 31st at 6:30pm

$85/person with wine pairings

Following the success of previous year’s dinner, c.1880 is happy to again be hosting a Rosé Wine Dinner.   Last year sold out in a record 4 hours, we added another night, and that sold out immediately, with that said, if we need to we will add another this year too, but right now, we will just concentrate on one night only. Featuring the diverse flavors of international rosé, pairing with the culinary creations of Chef/Owner Thomas Hauck.  This year’s focus is on summer flavors and varied wine producing countries,  expressing flavors not only comfortable, but diverse.  Chef Thomas has pulled influence from classic summer dishes to highlight and express the complex flavors of these varied wines. General Manager/Beverage Director of c.1880, Joshua Wolter, has appointed friend and wine expert, Jen Harb-Petersen of Select Sellars to preside over the dinner, discussing the wines and winemakers alike.  Dinner will start with reception at 6:30p, and dinner will proceed at 7:00pm.  Cost is $85/person, reservations can be made by calling the restaurant directly at 414/431.9271, email at reservations@c1880.com or via OpenTable.  As usual there will be opportunity for discounted retail purchase of paired wines after dinner.  Only 40 seats available.
